Why Gelbvieh?
Gelbvieh cattle are a mid-large sized breed. They are well known for their heavy muscle and great milk production. Gelbvieh cows are described to have easy calving and are attentive mothers. As a whole the breed is known for temperament, they are considered to be a very docile breed.
